Tuna Pepper Balls

Hi everyone!☆ヾ(*´▽`)ノ Today i’m gonna make a really yummy appetizer : little tuna pepper balls 😀

They’re simple to make and fast to cook, let’s see the recipe:

Tuna Pepper Balls

Ingredients:

160 g canned tuna

2-3 slices of white bread

1 egg

1/2 glass of milk

2 little sweet peppers

breadcrumbs

oil to cook

 

Method:

Remove oil surplus from the canned tuna and put it in a bowl with the egg. Then melt them using a fork:

Immerse slices of bread into the milk then wring  it out and add it to the dough.

Clean sweet peppers by removing seeds , then cut them into very little pieces and add them to the rest of ingredients:

Melt them till you obtain something like this:

Then add 2 spoon of breadcrumbs to the dough and melt them.

Now make little balls with your hands and roll them in breadcrumbs.

Put them in a pan with few oil drops  and cook them at medium heat . Roll them sometimes while they’re cooking till they are browned on each side then you can serve them 🙂
